UV Surface Curing Systems
 UV curing refers to surface treatments which are cured by ultraviolet radiation to protect the
underlying material from harmful effects. Certain inks, coatings, and adhesives are formulated with
photo initiators and resins. When exposed to the correct energy and irradiance in the required band
of UV light, polymer- ization occurs, and so the adhesives harden or cure. Usually, this reaction is very
quick, a matter of a few seconds. Applications include glass and plastic bonding, optical fiber coatings,
the coating of flooring, UV Coating and paper finishes in offset printing etc.

Nitrogen (N2) Purge Model: LZ-UVC-N2
Features:
  N2 purge improves the quality of UV curing process
Ø  Prohibit the inflow of Oxygen preventing the surface of substrates from oxidation.
Ø  Equipped with a special quartz window to protect the lamp from contaminants
